Ok this issue is still happening. On my Google play TV app it pauses the grey wheel appears as if buffering. Not the internet as we have excellent and no other app has this problem.  Google says it's TV manufacturer. This is really annoying as 99%of my films are on Google. Also I have no problems with other make tv.

Could we take the current software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV. Also, have you tried resetting your Smart Hub? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
