Ok this issue is still happening. On my Google play TV app it pauses the grey wheel appears as if buffering. Not the internet as we have excellent and no other app has this problem. Google says it's TV manufacturer. This is really annoying as 99%of my films are on Google. Also I have no problems with other make tv.
