Hi,

We have just moved in to a new property and there is one of the above TVs, we are aware that is old and we will try downloading the newest possible upgrade.

The TV will not allow us to log in to Samsung TV, the options to select it are greyed out.

Any ideas ?

Type in ue55d800 support into google thrn clink on the samsung support page it has the latest software to download onto a usb.

Hi @JV1984 As @Ginga_p has indicated best to download the latest firmware via USB. However on checking the latest is 1003.2 which became available June 2015. The link is here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE55D8000YSXXN/
