New Tv in Rhyl setup by electrician who fitted cables in wall and mounting racket. Correct Transmitter is Winter Hill for which the aerial gives 100% signal. Unfortunately, Tv is set to Wales, Moel Y Parc transmitter , meaning many freeview channels are not available or pixellate due to weak signal.
When attempting to retune TV defaults back to Wales unlike other Tvs which allow you to resellect region. I cannot find anyway to over-ride. Have I missed a setting or would a full factory reset solve the problem.
