Samsung UE43RU7020 Turning On Randomly at Night

My Samsung UE43RU7020 is Turning On Randomly at Night

this Morning(25/03/2020) it turned itself on from Standby:

2.08 am

4.14 am

6.10 am

I have to get the remote and Turn it off Manually.. 

Im working for the NHS - and Need Sleep - this is not helful
