Hi,
I'm rubbish with new TVs. I have got a 43 inch TV and I can't get my one uhd movie (which I purchased on prime, so it's a streaming movie) to play in anything other than a small square picture with borders on left and right sides.
I know I can change the picture settings but don't know where, and when to do this (sometimes the options are greyed out).
