Samsung UA48H6300AR rebooting automatically every 10 minutes

My tv model UA48H6300AR is rebooting automatically every 10 minutes. Tried to reset but getting stuck on 3rd stage doesn't complete the 10 stages.. plz help how to fix if any new firmware or any trick which can be apply plz ?

Dear.. while downloading firmware till 99% at the end it is showing pulisher doesn't verified this firmware then showing run option.. i tried but firmware is not getting detected in tv .. plz help ?

Still same.. internet is connected but while trying to click start smart hub there is no progress after 3rd stage

Hmm I was hoping we could fix it but I think you need an engineer to look at the set. I'm sorry it didn't work out.
