My Samsung UE46B7020WWXXU has a purple picture , my sky won't work but my Amazon fire stick does , I also have a dvd/surround sound system also connected to TV , unable to get rid of purple screen , can anyone help please

Hi @Barosh64.
Have you tried disconnecting everything and unplugging the TV from the mains for a short while before plugging back in again and re-connecting?
