I bought a samsung tv 2yr ago, want it fixing to my wall, but there is no holes, spaces etc to mount it on the wall. Is this a common thing ??

The back of "ready to hang" sets have a reinforced rear to deal with the force of the angled hang weight.

I'm almost sure there will be brackets out there which don't screw to the vesa holes but clamp the sides and base.
