Hi David, we recently purchased a new Samsung TV 55” Q60A QLED 4K HDR Smart TV (2021 and Samsung recommended that we purchase the Slim Fit Wall Mount (43”+) .
Installed it all fine but when inserting the aerial cable into the back of the TV the TV fell off the wall mount and smashed. Samsung have refused to replace the TV as it is apparently not covered under warranty and damage was caused by us not the fact that the wall mount did nothing to secure our TV. I would not recommend purchasing this wall mount as it is totally NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and would go as far to say that their after sales support is appalling. Would recommend another Brand
