Samsung tv Voice assistance not working

 my tv not showing voice assistance in setting and when I try to open Alexa it says unsupported on your tv. When I try to set up voice assistance nothing happens. Even the samsung engineer can't find the problem and sad to replace the board.

@Rohit24: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV, located in Settings > Support > About This TV, along with your current location, and I will take a look into this for you.
