Samsung TV UE65TU7000 stopped working with my sky+ Hd box

SAmsung tv was working fine with sky + HD box and all of a sudden it lost all control of the sky box and i am unable to change channels or anything from my samsung remote. 

Same is the case with the xbox , the tv fails to recognize it.

Hi @FS0  Firstly just checking there is not any issue with the Samsung Remote, in other words is it working fine  with the Tv apps?

If just with the devices you may need to set up the Universal Remote Set Up  again,  delete the devices and set up them up again on the Universal Control.  https://www.samsung.com/hk_en/support/tv-audio-video/how-do-i-set-up-universal-remote-control-on-my-... 

If still issues I would suggest disconnecting devices from the mains for around 5 minutes.

This has been workign since last 8 months and all of a sudden the TV refuses to recognize the sky box or the xbox . Have tried setting up the universal remote numerous times but everytime the tv fails to recognize it.
