Hi,

My TV is a Samsung TV - UE65JS9000TXXU.

It is about 5/6 years old. The problem I have is when I switch on the TV, all is fine until after about 30 seconds a message about cooling fan overheating appears in the middle of the screen. This message stays until the TV switches itself off. I then turn on the TV and the whole process happens again. This is repeated about 5/6 times before the message disappears for good and I can watch my TV. However, the next day it all happens again and its driving me mad!

I saw a video about removing dust from the cooling fan, I did this and things improved for 2 days but now I'm back to square 1. The part I'm referring to is BN96-37087E.

Can I replace this part? Can an engineer help? Anyone got any advice?

Regards

John
