Samsung TV T24B750EW Iplayer and Netflix will not load

I am unable to load Iplayer and Netflix.

also the system will not allow me to uninstall it, to the be able to reinstall it.

ive never been able to load these, but until not never needed to because I had another tv.

@Helent1: If you head to Samsung Apps > Search Samsung Apps, and look for Netflix or IPlayer, do you get any search results? If not then this means that the apps are not supported on this model, possibly due to the age of the device. Apologies for any disappointment this may cause. To delete an app, Select an app, then press the Tools button on your remote > Delete > OK.
