@chrislee97: Please can you confirm the model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device? In the meantime, please try powering off the TV, unplug it at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and switch it back on using the remote. If the issue persists, head to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. Does this return any 'Failed' messages?
We offer a repair based warranty, therefore if it is under 12 months old then you can arrange for the device to be inspected and repaired by an engineer by reaching out to our Help Desk via the link below. If it is over 12 months old then we can still get it repaired for you, however a charge will be applicable to cover the cost of the service.
