My new Samsung TV is conected to the internet. I am already watching Netflix and YouTube on it, but anytime I try to access anychannel on Samsung TV plus there is a message "There was a problem while trying to play the Samsung TV Plus channel. Check your network settings or try again later."
Is there any specific settings? The TV is fully connected to the internet. What could be wrong?

It's 2024 and this problem is still not fixed. Are you kidding me? I love the Outersphere channel but all of a sudden all I get is "There was a problem while trying to play the Samsung tv plus channel. Check your network settings or try again later." I've check my entire network and reset my tv three times. What gives, Samsung?
