Samsung TV Plus not receiving channel signal, app works

I just got a 55" Q6DT QLED 4K, works great except the Samsung TV Plus is showing channels in the guide, but gets an error when selecting a channel.  I have done the latest update and reset the TV.  TV is hard wired into the internet.

Could we take the full model code and software version of the TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Hi @DCrosby 

 

It does seem that your TV is up to date. Could you try a full reset of the TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset > PIN. Note, any settings you may have adjusted will be lost and set back to the factory default settings.
