Samsung tv plus not available

Just bought a new tv qled q70t, set it up, everything works fine except the tv plus,

press the tv plus button, tv shows not available ,my mom's one year old tv has the same problem even hers has the app on the bar(mine doesn't have)

Hi @JohnnyEnglish   I would suggest you reset the Smart Hub, : 

Settings-Support-Device Care-Self Diagnosis-Reset Smart Hub

If does not sort it try a Factory Reset-   Settings-General-Reset

You could also switch the  Tv off at the mains for around 5 minutes and check again.

Did all of the above and still don’t have all the Samsung tv plus channels. Also the remote doesn’t work. We have done everything.
