I brought a smart tv QE50Q80AAT a month ago and it was possible to select Samsung tv plus using the app when i exit to home screen the freesat app as been removed and to get freesat back I have to retune this did not do this when I first brought the tv i have spoken to Samsung tech for have a hour on the phone after resetting to factor default still have this problem. Only to be told by Samsung tech this is what to do if i want to watch Samsung tv plus. And one experience this problem?
