Samsung TV Pairing sky remote control

I have just bought a Samsung TV model code QE55Q70RATXXU. I have attached a picture of the sticker on the back of the TV. I am having a problem using my sky plus remote control with the TV. When I use the Sky remote and select a channel from the list for example BBC 1 instead of BBC 1 playing it takes me to a program that is currently recording on Sky. I am assuming the sky remote is not paired with the TV. However I also have a PlayStation 4 and a blue ray DVD attached to the TV and I have no problems accessing these devices. Please advise?

When programming your Sky remote to work with your TV, did you enter a 4 digit code provided by Sky?

Thanks for reply. The sky remote worked automatically so I wasn’t asked for a code!
