I've seen quite a few posts about this issue but am still struggling to get to the bottom of it.
I've just bought a new 43inch Samsung Smart TV. I have Broadband from NowTV. The TV is, generally, connecting to the Wifi fine but when I try to use Smart TV features - Prime and Netflix - it's not working.
When I test Smart Settings I get a report saying ISP Blocking Error 202.
I can't work out if the problem is with the router (which would be wierd because the other Samsung TV is connecting to it fine) or with the TV.
Can anyone help?

Could we take the full model code of the TV and the current software version please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
