Samsung TV Netflix Direct Wire error message "no connection to internet" after installation of new modem and router.

Contacted Netflix and no result and concluded this is connected to the Smart TV (8 years).  One hint is a device mentioned in settings that I don't recognize and Netflix could not help with.  I suggested reinstall as a solution, but if it is a Samsung issue it could only make the problem worse.  Netflix is not the issue as I can receive Netflix through Roku which is Wifi.
