Contacted Netflix and no result and concluded this is connected to the Smart TV (8 years). One hint is a device mentioned in settings that I don't recognize and Netflix could not help with. I suggested reinstall as a solution, but if it is a Samsung issue it could only make the problem worse. Netflix is not the issue as I can receive Netflix through Roku which is Wifi.
