Solved: Samsung TV/Monitor - Picture Off Shortcut?

I am using this feature more often but find it a pain every time to goto All Settings, General, Accessibility, then Picture Off, is there no shortcut method ? I tried using a Bixby voice command, but it gets confused and says Picture is already off.

After much searching, i finally figured out an easy counter-intuitive method.

With Bixby enabled, use the remote command Picture off ON, works a treat.
