My Samsung TV Q9FN developed a fault back in February and I contacted Samsung. They arranged for a local engineer who took my tv for repair. After a couple of weeks Samsung agreed to repair or replace it. However the Covid 19 hit and the shop closed, I've been chasing for weeks only to find they've closed for good but still have my TV. Please someone help!!!
