Samsung TV - ITV Hub, My5, etc stopped working

ITV Hub, My5, etc stopped working.

The hub comes up, all good. But when I go to start watching I just get a blank screen and the circle of death, buffering then nothing!

Have reset smarthub - Still no good. Have checked that all versions are up to date and they are.

Anyone have any ideas?????
