Samsung tv has two bright lights on the screen

I have a 49 inch samsung tv 5 to 6 years, in the last month two small bright lights have come in to the middle of the picture, can this be fixed

I'd go back to shop as it could turn out to be manufactured fault and if it is they have to replace it with same one or one better give them a ring
