samsung tv ES6565 not uppdating

hi my samsung ES6565 dont uppdate

my verdion is 002009

I tried to do the uppdate fromsamsung page using a flash not worked

I called samsung they used they conected to my tv but couldent help me

tell me to get the uppdate from samsung website and copy it to flash and do the uppdate which I already did and not work for me

my problem need to get smart iptv which the samsung support deleted from my tv back

tried every thing

nothing worked to my 2013 tv

@V59: Sorry to hear that you've had trouble updating your TV. Please be aware however that the IPTV app is no longer supported on Samsung TV's, and it won't be possible to reinstate it with a software update. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
