I bought the AU8000 through the Education Portal. Received a message saying it would be delivered. My partner stayed home for it and the truck rocked up without the TV on it. No big deal so we scheduled it to be delivered Monday and it never showed.
Called Samsung and they said they'd contact the courier. Called the courier though and they said there was no stock when they went to pick it up. Been on hold with Samsung several times now and getting no answers besides it might take up to two weeks for them to sort it out. I specifically bought this TV cause it was in stock with a quick delivery but it looks like it might not ever arrive now! Asked to talk to a supervisor and have been told they would contact me but they never do.
How a company as big as Samsung can have such poor service is beyond me. I'd be better off buying from a reseller.
