When I connect my Bluetooth headphones to my Samsung TV, it will stutter while streaming but not while gaming. I saw several posters who were having the same problem, so I decided to share my "solution". If you look at the TV's eManual, it even says that when it doesn't work to use a wired headset. To me this means that they don't care, which is ridiculous. The only solution is to download the streaming app to your DVD/BluRay player or video game console. If you don't have either of those, then you are pretty much screwed. But I did that with HBO+ using my XBox and the stuttering stopped completely. I hope this helps someone in the future!
