Samsung TV Bixby keeps resetting

On my  QE43Q60A

TV Bixby is useless, it keeps asking me to set it up. Every time you turn the TV on and off you have to set it up again. If I use Google assistant instead as the voice search this doesn't happen, but Google assistant seems less good at changing channels via voice search. What's going on?
