Samsung TV App button not working

Recently when I click on the apps button my UN75MU8000FXZA screen goes black and will stay there until I hit home on the remote. I'd like to add the Fox Sports app and can't do it because of this error. Funny, it worked a few days ago. Any help? Resetting hub is a last resort.

The same applies for "search" button too. Frustrating.

Mine started working again by itself after several days of going to black screen when I pressed the Apps button .

Mine came back too. Maybe it was a system issue, or something to do with network activity.
