Samsung tv and Amazon prime video

Hi dear

My problem is the subtitle for Amazon prime video app not working with Arabic subtitle ..all language can work except Arabic..the Arabic subtitle work with app in Samsung mobile app S9 and apple TV.

Netflix app work with Arabic subtitle in same TV

I tried my amazon prime on LG TV and its working with arabic subtitle but my TV ( UA55MU7350)

there is no arabic subtitle at all and it seemed here that Samsung don't reply or even update  tv  firmware at all as usual ???

really I'm very disappointed from samsung
