Samsung tv and Amazon prime video

Hi dear

My problem is the subtitle for Amazon prime video app not working with Arabic subtitle ..all language can work except Arabic..the Arabic subtitle work with app in Samsung mobile app S9 and apple TV.

Netflix app work with Arabic subtitle in same TV

@Talalbb: What is the model number of your TV? Have you contacted Amazon directly to enquire about any issues relating to Arabic subtitles in your region?

My model number for my TV its mu7350 .

And yes I contacted Amazon they support Arabic subtitle in my region 

Arabic subtitle work with the browser and app phone (android and ios) and tablet and apple TV  except Samsung TV mu7350

Also I have the same problem I have the new 55" UA55RU7100 and prime video does not support Arabic subtitle only it works on my iPad and iPhone which supports the Arabic subtitle. Please look at this matter as it is important to all ME users.
