Samsung tv 49MU6470 black shadow on screen - repair or new one ?

Hello everyone. I got Samsung 49mu6470. I Bought it on Nov 2017 so it 2years and 9 months. When i watching tv today i got something like this. Black shadow, its every time, no matter what im doing on tv ist always there. I know its something about Led Backlight. Can anybody help me what is the estimated cost of repair in samsung service?

This tv its not that old, 2year and 9 months its not a very old. Very disappointed because im not the only one with this, more people with m64xx got this problem as well. Obviously i dont have warranty. So i just want to know its better to repair or get some money and buy the new one.

backlight repair is between £100 - £200. All owners of led tvs can reduce future backlight issue by reducing the backlight settings in picture settings from new. reduce by 5

Thank You for answer. Little disappointing when You need to reduce something to save tv for more than 3 years..

Looks like lots of problems with Samsung tv should fix for free there are hundreds of complaints

You are right Samsung should repair all tvs with this problem!!!

Same issue here. Purchased this TV in 2019 for my patents. Almost 3 years later, there is a black shadow on the left side of the screen.
