Samsung TU8000 4k LED TV Ambient Mode

Good evening, 

Hopefully someone can offer some advice or solutions. Bought a 43" 8000 series LCD 4k TV direct from Samsung earlier in the week, was quite excited particularly as it was advertised with Ambient mode as standard.  

However, it does not appear to have anywhere near the functionality that I have seen on other Samsung TVs with this feature; the info mode is missing, the animated screens are missing and in fact the feature is actually quite basic on my TV. So - is this purely a software issue, in so far as, I should get more features in an update? Or am I just stuck with things as they are? It was the main reason I bought the TV, but now I kind of feel a bit cheated.

@Telboy2: I have had a look into this for you, and the user manual states that Info Mode in the Content Category section may not be available based on your geographical area, which might explain why you can't see the option. What I'd suggest is checking out page 48+ of the user manual via the link below for an outline of the Ambient Mode features, where you should hopefully get a better idea of the options available to you.

Same as Telboy2 I bought a 50" 8000 because the advertised ambient mode. I am also disappointed to found it is very basic and missing a lot of advertised features.
Your reply does not help to change that it more or less confirms it.
