Samsung the Frame Tv

Hi

I would really like a little help please and I am hoping that someone will hopefully be able to assist?

I have just set up my Samsung TV The Frame and I am trying to get the TV to come on automatically and display the "Artwork" when I enter the room and at the same time I am trying to work out why my TV will not turn off (go blank) when I leave the room after 10 minutes or even less... My TV has a motion sensor built in but I do not think that it is working?

any ideas or comments would be most appreciated!

Try Below

Samsung's Smart Hub app will block some menu options while it is open.

On the remote
Hold down the Back or Return button until your television returns to the previous screen.
This should mean your previously opened app has closed.
