I've been having problems with my Samsung TV smart hub and decided buy a new one. However I've recent don't my attic and decided to put my old tv in there instead of buying new one but the old problem remains.
how do I get rid of Samsung error code: 313

I've rang Samsung multiple times and they did nothing to helping when it's clearly a software fault. I know I bough this tv years ago but thinking about the treatment I received when trying to get help in the past is what prompted me to buy another tv.
It says setup complete but still won’t connect to smart hub.
