The ChatBot is useless. Samsung Support is worse than Comcast. The run-around is legendary. I am trying to get support on an order before it gets lost in the void. I am trying to cancel US036458711, but it is in loop-hell. The ChatBot makes me want to drink acid. I want a full refund because the delivery service AGS, used by Samsung, is uncommunicative and disrespectful. This order was supposed to be here on 04DEC2021. I call them and they states, "Oh there was a delay..." When were they ever going to tell me that the delivery would be delayed?!? That is bad customer service. Reflects bad on them and Samsung. So, I canceled the delivery with them and told them to return it. But, when I try to cancel with Samsung, it makes me want to drink acid.
