I was promised a call back from a support specialist and it never happened. 

2 weeks no and nothing but empty promises.

I was told yesterday Samsung cannot authorise replacements! Absolutely rusbbish.

I’ve never been give the run around quite like this before, it’s bordering on just becoming laughable.
