TVI was promised a call back from a support specialist and it never happened.
2 weeks no and nothing but empty promises.
Samsung support is an absolute disgrace.

TVHi TessM, I do appreciate you reaching out to me but to be honest I am so sick to death of explaining and telling various support people the same story over and over and over it’s getting a little bit old.
Unless you can guarantee me a product specialist call back I might as well just keep spending endless phone calls chasing this end.

TVI spent over a month and 35 hours trying to get my issues resolved that is not counting the time it took to answer my calls. We as valued customers should not have to endure these behaviours it is completely unacceptable. In the end they won as I gave up, and made the decision that my company would not purchase any more Samsung products due to their appalling customer services.
