I Have a new samsung smart tv.
It connects to router and works ok but after the tv has been turned off for a while, it seems to lose the wifi settings.
I then have to connect to the router again each time.
The ISP says that I have to contact Samsung to get some port numbers and then they can fix it.
Not too sure if they know what there on about.
Any ideas?

What's the model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung. Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
