I had all channels on my smart TV but now I've got crossed out D on a lot of them now I can't get them I've tried returning but still no luck

Hi @trish126 Do you haved the latest firmware for your set-check on Samsung Support by entering model number. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/
if that is not the issue have you tried a factory reset before retuning? If have used Auto Tuning could try manual tuning https://www.freeview.co.uk/help/manually-retune-tv if still not solved see Freeview guides for assistance https://www.freeview.co.uk/help
