Hi. My samsung tv assistant not working remote ok in settings it show the voice i click on it it ask me to setup voice assistant but when i click yes nothing happens. i have the latest fw. version and also changed region too nothing works please help me. according to samsung all model 2020 4k qled etc.. should get it but mine nothing.
