Samsung Smart TV UE50ES6900 will not connect to wireless network

Hi, 

My TV will  not connect to network, it is like it cannot read the router information correcly and is generally behaing erratically. Also, when I perform a reset it only allows you to select Portugal or Spain as locations.

I've tried everything I can think of, reboot outer, renewing IP address etc, but nothing seems to make a difference.

Othere samsung devices connect just fine.

Any advcie welcome.

If that code don't work please try

Will take you to service menu. scrol down to secont option and than press arrow right you will see that you nee to change your wiFi area to letter A

if this doen't work try udating Firmware

if tha doesn't work connect with cable

if you don't like teh idea of the cable you need to buy new TV as this one will cost more to repair than new one to buy
