Hi, I watched netflix today using Xbox what is connected to TV. I fall asleep, and when I wake up tv make strange noises and on screen I can see smart tv samsung. I can't do completely nothing on the TV. Somebody knows what's happen?

Have you tried completely unplugging the TV from the mains supply for a few minutes, before plugging back in?

Yes, it doesn't work. I've realised today that device is turn off and off all the time

What's the model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
