Hy guys. Some one still have this model of Samsung HG32EA590LS. I can't conect to websites. Check the picture. I try everything Reset, Factory Reset from service menu nothing work. thanks

It looks like the browser is too old to allow access to secure sites (https) which are now widely used.

Yes is true, do you have any idea what she'll I do ? I did update  tv to latest but nothing change. I wrote to Samsung support Whatsapp bun they don't answer. I hope someone can help me.  Thanks

Unfortunately it is the app providers that develop the apps for the hardware managers so not something Samsung could have done for WhatsApp but the courtesy of a reply wouldn't have gone amiss.
As for the Web browser, perhaps a Firestick would work.
