i'm the IT Manger at school
we have samsung smart signageat our school its been doing very well
but we have some issue with it
1) youtube issue need upgrade the browser and we can't update
2) sometime when we try power it on it won't until we unplug the power cable and reconnect
3) sometime phone have issue connect to the monitor
all these issue should be fix in software update but there's no firmware available on your site: https://displaysolutions.samsung.com/support/resources/product-support/QB75N-W
i try contact samsung support in my region but its has been 4 month for now and still not fix and we cant wait anymore the new school year will start in a few weeks and the issue should been fix in
i hope you provide me with the latest firmware for it and how i could install it.
