Hi, I have reseted the smart hub after wards not able to install any apps. it's showing "samsung smart hub is being updated. Please try again later". Please advise.

Hi @kishorekumarit  can you check you have the latest  firmware and if cannot update over the air should be able to download to USB and update that way.   it seems you are based in Middle East/Asia  from the model no.  In the UK 1560 is available.   

If that is not the issue I would firstly   suggest  a factory reset otherwise  switching off Tv for a minute and rebooting router. Another idea is to change the DNS settings.   Go to  Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings.   Change from Automatic to   to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.

my 1st Samsung hub stopped working and I have had to buy a 2nd one, it is connected to my wifi, green light is on but no cloud signal showing on the app,, and i cannot connect to my Samsung cctv, "outsider away from home", if anybody has an idea would be appreciated....
as Samsung are very poor quality on answering peoples questions, " fixing", on they're SmartThings,, tv's any problems to do with them
