Can anyone help me?
Purchased a new Serif 43 TV and every time I turn on the TV it asks for my region. I’ve completed the boxes provided but it appears every time. How can I stop this or is this a fault?

That's strange, @Jamesmsullivan17! Could we take the full model code and current software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
